After mixing for 1 minute, there was some uneven mixing, but after 3 minutes, it appeared to be mixed to some extent. There were some clumps, but it was deemed acceptable, and we received a passing score. We would like to introduce the test results of protein mixing, which we receive inquiries about very frequently. Using the "Tumbler Mini (TMC-36S)", after 3 minutes, the filling rate exceeded 80%, resulting in some ingredients not being fully mixed. Therefore, we transferred it to the "Tumbler Mixer (TMH-65S)" and mixed it for another 5 minutes. The mixing was completed without any issues. We realized that the ability to mix depends on the filling rate, and confirming the optimal conditions is indeed important through testing. We conducted a protein mixing test, and I would like to introduce the results. This time, we tested soy protein mixed with sweeteners, totaling approximately 10 kg. After one minute of mixing, it blended to a satisfactory level, resulting in a product that pleased our customers. One of the features of our mixing machine is its suitability for small-batch, diverse production, making it ideal for those who want to offer customized protein options to users or sell various flavors. We received a request for testing because we want to adopt a commercial cooking blender to make daily tasks easier!

A customer who prepares a large amount of fried chicken by hand every day requested a test, saying, "I want to make daily tasks easier." We placed about 15 kg of chicken and sauce into a 36L container of the "Tumbler Mini" and mixed it for 1 minute. Since it mixed without any issues, we added potato starch. After 1 minute, some powder remained on the walls of the container, but after mixing for another 5 minutes, the walls were clear, although some powder remained in the corners at the bottom. After consulting with the customer, we concluded that it was acceptable for some powder to remain as long as it was evenly distributed around the meat. We promptly returned it via cool delivery, and the customer fried it and found no issues, leading to their adoption of the product.
